After my recent journey through the London Lobster Shacks, Kitchens and Sheds I came to a rather obvious conclusion: Burger & Lobster is still better than everything else. By a stretch.
Reasons are manifold and mostly obvious, hence my lack of compassion for a bad lobster roll – it is not THAT hard to get right, even I managed! Plenty of meat. A good mayo to meat ratio. Cayenne Pepper. No god damn lettuce. Chives. A good and sweet brioche, toasted. Lemon Garlic Butter – lots of it.
Surprise, surprise, you got yourself a ridiculously succulent and satisfying Lobster Roll. Take note, everybody else!
